RP Group of Hotels and Resorts, is now all set to launch their new Seven-star Kerala resort property, The Raviz in Kollam. It will be inaugurated on 19th August , 2011. The property is owned and operated by the Padmashree Dr B Ravi Pillai, the chairman of the Group and a visionary par excellence has business interests in Middle East.

‘The Raviz 7 Star property, situated on the banks of ‘Ashtamudi’ backwaters’. It has been set up in Five Acres with built-up area of 200,000 Square Feet is covered by the beautiful Ashtamudi Lake on three sides. Raviz Kollam will be an exclusive venue for wedding as the backwaters make perfect picturesque setting with an array of romantic rooms.

The Raviz will have 94 rooms that includes Tower Rooms, Lake View Rooms, Private Pool Villas, traditional Kerala Villas, a two bed house boat and the ultimate in luxury, the Royal Raviz State Room. Most of the rooms can offer backwaters of Kerala and offer you panoramic view from your room balcony. The resort has three conference halls that can accommodate 1200, 500 and 300 people each.

It has a full fledged spa, fitness zone, banquet hall, conference hall, business centre, a floating restaurant /garden restaurant and water sports. You can even relax in the spa that offers you with some of the great ayurvedic therapies, by professionals that rejuvenates your body as well as soul leaving you de-stress and fresh all the time.

The guests can enjoy Ashtamudi Lake in the house boats and for those who love a bit of adventure on water surface; a cruise in Speed Boats will add extra moments to the Kerala travel.
