Great your package
Hello,
I just wanted to share my Kumarakom trip experience arranged by Kerala Holidays 247 with you. I was immensely satisfied with the resort, house boat selected by Kerala Holidays 247. The resort was really great with all facilities and the house boat was awesome.The whole house boat experience was so great that I would recommend it to anyone who goes to Kerala.
I wanted to mention 1 thing in particular.
Our car broke down on the way at Kochi. Mr.Jacob and Mr.Arun were so helpful. Mr.Jacob himself dropped us of at the Resort which was abt 1.5 hours from where he was and drove back all the way. That was really so great of him to do that. Without their help we would have been stranded in Kochi and all our plans would have been a mess.
I greatly appreciate Mr.Jacob’s timely help.
Some suggestions :
Your website could have more pictures of the places – you can actually ask your clients/customers to send some pictures and you can post it on your website It would serve as a client testimonial and will give more people’s view of the places. Especially with house boat- I really did not have an idea what it is. Pictures are worth more than words.
You should actually advertise that everyone gets a great deal with you- We did ask around the prices and came to know we got a great deal booking through you…
Other than that the package was really awesome, we will be doing all our Kerala tours with Kerala Holidays 247 and will be recommeding Kerala Holidays 247 to everyone.
