Peppara Dam & Wildlife Sanctuary
Peppara Dam and Peppara Wildlife Sanctuary nestled in the Western Ghats is situated near the Ponmudi Hills and is 50 kms from Thiruvananthapuram. The catchment area of Peppara dam across the river Karamana was declared as a sanctuary in 1983 to protect the rich ecology and the wild life dependent on it. (more…)
