Museum of Zoology, Kozhikode
The museum functions in the new building of Western Ghat Field Research Station of the Zoological Survey of India, in Kozhikode and was opened very recently. A major portion of the first floor of the museum is dedicated to the rich biological wealth of the Western Ghats, which is one of the 34 biodiversity hot spots in the world.
