Wayanad

Wayanad known as the ‘Land of the paddy fields’ and situated in the north-eastern part of the state. Wayanad  is undoubtedly the greenest district in Kerala. Kerala Homestays

In a study conducted by the famous News Paper, The Guardian, three home stays from Kerala find their place among the first 10 best home stays in India. Glenora home stay at Wayanad was one among them.  Guardian has specified that the idea of homestays were emerged in Kerala, a decade ago and the Indian “homestay” experience has grown from strength to strength over the years. The top six positions in Guardian’s assessment have been occupied by home stays mostly in North India where the concept caught on relatively late. (more…)
