Neyyar Sanctuary
Neyyar Sanctuary is 30 km from Thiruvananthapuram. With 12,000 hectares of natural vegetation spread across an undulating terrain, the sanctuary is interspersed with rushing brooks, flat meadows and gentle slopes.The sanctuary offers a haven for exotic flora and fauna. The 1868 m Agasthyamala Peak as its highest point is an ideal trekking destination.
