Swathi Sangeethotsavam

Swathi Sangeethotsavam will be held at courtyard of Kuthiramalika, Trivandrum from the 6th to the 12th January 2011. It is a seven day music festival solely dedicated to rendition of compositions by Maharaja Swathi Thirunal.

Maharaja composed many music compositions at Kuthiramalika,which is adjacent to famous Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple.  This gala of music invites great maestros of Hindustani and Carnatic music.  The festival features performance by well known  artists of Indian Classical Music . Swathi  Sangeethotsavam has earned a coveted place in the cultural scenario of South India. Music lovers get a rare chance to attend and enjoy the concert for free.
