Day 01 Kovalam
On arrival at Trivandrum Airport, you will be met & transferred to Kovalam Resort. It is a favored spot of honeymooning couples and beach lovers. You may relax on the Beach sand, indulge in water sports and can enjoy the scenic beauty of Arabian waves embracing virgin sands. The warm golden sands and calm crystal blue waters of Kovalam beach are the ideal romantic getaway settings for honeymooners. Overnight at resort.
Day 02 Kovalam/Kanyakumari /Kovalam
After breakfast drive to Kanyakumari (100kms/2.30hrs). Kanyakumari situated at the southern most and is the confluence Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. The interesting places to see are Vivekananda Rock Memorial, which is accessible by boat, Gandhi memorial and Devi temple. After sunset drive back to Kovalam. Enroute to Kanyakumari, there will be Trivandrum city tour visiting Sri Chitra Art Gallery, Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Museum etc. Overnight at Kovalam
Day 03 Poovar
After Breakfast, you will be transferred to Poovar. Poovar is a small coastal village in the Trivandrum . Check into the Hotel. It is a favored spot for beach lovers. You may relax on the Beach sand, indulge in water sports and can enjoy the scenic beauty of Arabian waves embracing virgin sands. The warm golden sands and calm crystal blue waters of beach are the ideal romantic getaway settings for honeymooners.
Day 04 Alleppey
Morning departure to Alleppey ( 3 ½ hours drive ) and on reaching ,check into backwater resort. You may relax in the resort rest of the day. In the evening you may visit Alleppey beach and may try swimming and bathing in the beach. You can visit Kuttanad as well as Alleppey town .
Day 05 Houseboat cruise Alleppey – Kumarakom
Check-in to the House Boat. These houseboats are facilitated with bedrooms, attached bathrooms, kitchen, living porch, sun deck area and also electrified with solar/battery . Houseboat exclusive for you at your complete disposal will Cruise through backwater regions of Kuttanad, R-block, Pathiramanal islands and Vembanadu Lake to reach and stay over night on board near Kumarakom.Overnight on the houseboat.
Day 06 Kumarakom
Morning after breakfast, check out HouseboatKumarakom is the famous backwater destinations in Kerala which is situated on the Vembanad Lake. It is also a part of Kerala’s rice bowl, the Kuttanad region and is ideal for the backwater cruises. Kumarakom is also famous for the Kumarakom bird sanctuary which houses varied species of birds like the herons, teals, waterfowls, cuckoos, wild ducks, egrets, Siberian storks, etc. In Kumarakom check in the backwater resort and later on move out to visit the Kumarakom bird sanctuary. Yo may make visit to local villages to see the village lige at close quarters.Later on return back to the resort for an overnight stay.
Day 07 Departure
Transport you to Cochin Railway station /Airport for onward journey
