The Ideal Ayurvedic Resort is located near Chowara beach near Kovalam in Thiruvananthapuram. For accommodation there is a main guesthouse consists of 10 double rooms, 4 traditional Kerala cottages and a treatment centre.
The Kerala resort offer a range of combination treatment therapies, designed to address specific health issues and also ensure that all treatments within such therapies are in fact suitable for the individual health conditions. Various treatment offered are rejuvenation Therapy, Body Purification Therapy, Body Immunization or Longevity Treatment, Slimming Therapy Beauty care therapy, spine and neck care Treatment, Psoriasis Treatment Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatment and internal medicines. Treatment package includes Pizhichil, Siro Dhara, Vasthi, Urovasthi, Sirovasthi, Abhyangam, Udvarthanam, Nasyam, Snehapanam Kizahi, Dhanyamla Dhara, Ksheeradhoomam, Thalam, Thalapothichil, Tharpanam, Marma Massage, Mukhalepam etc. Yoga and Meditation programmes are also conducted at the yoga and meditation centre.
The restaurant serve delicious regional Indian home made foods specializing in traditional Kerala dishes, seafood and ayurvedic dishes.
Panchakarma Treatment courses, Study programs in ayurveda and short Term Courses in Ayurveda are also conducted here.
