Day 01 Munnar On arrival at Cochin Airport, you will be met & transferred to beautiful hill station Munnar (140kms/ 4 hrs). Drive through hairpin curves will be a fantastic experience. On the way it is worth to see aromatic tea gardens spread like a green carpet. Check in Hotel, spend the remaining day at leisure there.

Day 02 Munnar There will be sightseeing tour in and around Munnar on Day 02. It’s the place you would wish never to leave. You can visit Raja Malai, a top peak where ‘Nilgiri Thars’ can be seen. Enroute to Echo Point, stop at Mattupetty Dam, a picnic spot for boating. Anamudi is an ideal spot who like to do some trekking. You can stroll though the tea plantations and enjoy the aroma of spice scented cool air.

Day 03 Thekkady After breakfast, drive to Thekkady (110kms / 3.30hrs) Arrive and check into the hotel. After noon enjoy a boating in man made lake Periyar to see the wild life. The probable animals to see are Bison, Gaur, wild elephants, lion tailed masquerades and a variety of birds. Later free to explore the spice plantations. You can buy high quality Tea, Coffee/ spices from Thekkady. Overnight at Hotel

Day 04 Kumarakom After breakfast we drive down to Kumarakom, the land of lakes, canals and paddy fields. On arrival check in to Hoteland spend the day there.

The village of Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake. It is a peaceful small region dotted with coconut groves and lush green banana plantations. We can well define it as a small region but containing lot. The bird sanctuary here, which is spread across 14 acres, is a favorite haunt of migratory birds and an ornithologist’s paradise. The most bewitching backwater destination is the “Kuttanad Region” called the Rice bowl of Kerala because of her wealth of paddy crops.

Day 05 Departure Morning after breakfast departure transfer to Cochin Airport (If your departure flight is in the evening you can do Cochin sightseeing also (Optional).
