The double decker buses in Kochi started regular services from Angamaly depot. It can not enter Aluva or Ernakulam bus stations due to the bus height issues. Now double decker services are from Angamaly depot only.
Mainly finalizing on the routes double deckers encounter problems like Electric lines, electric poles ,telephone cables, more sharply curved roads. Double Decker buses could be used more in Kerala and can be operated in the routes where there are no vehicle height problems.
