Ente Veedu – In the lap of the Mother Nature
Ente Veedu (My home), a distinctively special Kerala homestay, is located at Panamaram, the centre point of Wayanad. From Sulthan Bathery, we took nearly an hour to reach this place of nature’s gift where Mr Rajan and Ms. Seetha Raj, the hosts, extend you the real nobility of hospitality. We reached My home at around 6 pm and freshened up for the meeting with Ms Seetha by 7o’clock. We came to the balcony and waited for the hosts to come.
With dim lights around the sights in front of me took a different dimension and transmitted a rare experience. The Sky and the Earth here merged so judiciously showing no lines of demarcation. Those moments of prayer and devotion were divinely silent too. But Ms. Seetha was still busy like a bee, running around and attending to each and every guest. She took her own time to settle down and come to us for a courtesy chat. (more…)
