Day 01 : TRIVANDRUM/ KOVALAM
Arrive Trivandrum and transfer to Kovalam. Check into the hotel for 2 nights. After lunch and rest visit Kovalam beach. Overnight at Hotel
Day 02 : KOVALAM / KANYAKUMARI / KOVALAM
After breakfast drive to Kanyakumari (100kms/2.30hrs). Kanyakumari situated at the southern most and is the confluence Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. The interesting places to see are Vivekananda Rock Memorial, which is accessible by boat, Gandhi memorial and Devi temple. After sunset drive back to Kovalam. Overnight at Hotel
Day 03 : KOVALAM / ALLEPPEY
After breakfast drive to Alleppey (180kms / 4hrs). Check into the houseboat for the night. Houseboats were used to move cargo from once place to other through inland waterways when road transport was nil. Now the boats are equipped with all modern facilities. It normally consists of a bedroom with an attached bathroom, a kitchen where food is cooked and a living area, which doubles as dining space. There will be 2 oarsmen and a cook to assist you in the boat. The houseboat cruises through the backwaters in the daytime and anchors itself at a convenient place in the night. Check into houseboat is at 11 noon. All food served are cooked inside the boat. Overnight in the houseboat
Day 04 : ALLEPPEY / HOUSEBOAT
After breakfast disembark from the boat at 0930hrs and transfer to Hotel. Check into the hotel. Rest of the day is free. Overnight at the Hotel
Day 05 : HOUSEBOAT / THEKKADY
After breakfast drive to Thekkady (175 kms / 5hrs). The Periyar Tiger sanctuary is situated here. Check into the hotel for the night. After noon enjoy a boating (on own) in lake Periyar to see the wild life. The probable animals to see are Bison, Gaur, wild elephants, lion tailed masquerades and a variety of birds. Later free to explore the spice plantations (on own). You can buy the best of the spices in Periyar. Overnight at Hotel
Day 06 : THEKKADY / MUNNAR
After breakfast drive to Munnar (110kms/ 4 hrs). Munnar is the hill station of Kerala situated on the western ghats at the height of 1600 feet above sea level. Check into the hotel. Afternoon visit Rajamalai Overnight at Hotel
Day 07 : MUNNAR
After breakfast proceed for sight seeing tour. The visit include Mattupetty dam, lake, Echo point, Kundala lake, Devikulam and Tea gardens. Overnight at Hotel
Day 08 : MUNNAR / COCHIN
After breakfast drive to Cochin (150kms / 4.30hrs). Check into the hotel. Cochin is known as the Queen of Arabian sea. The important places to visit are Fort Cochin and Mattancherry. Sight seeing includes Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Jew street, St Francis Church and Chinese fishing nets. Evening is free for shopping. Cochin now has some of the best textile showrooms and jewelry shops which offers a vide range of dress materials/ornaments. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 09 : COCHIN / GURUVAYOOR / WAYANAD
After early breakfast drive to Guruvayoor (110 kms / 2.30 hrs) . This is one of the most important pilgrim centers for Hindus. The most interesting thing about the temple is that it owns the largest no. of elephants. The elephant stable – Punnathur Kotta – caters to fifty plus elephants. Later proceed to Vythiri. Check in late into the resort. Overnight at Hotel
Day 10 : WAYANAD
After breakfast visit the sight places in and around Vythiri. It includes Pookot lake, Lakkidi, Kuruvadweep etc. Overnight at Hotel
Day 11 : WAYANAD / CALICUT
After breakfast drive to Calicut. Check into the hotel for the night. Evening visit Kappad beach, and Calicut city. Overnight at Hotel
Day 12 : CALICUT
Check out and drive to Calicut Airport/ Railway Station for your departure flight / train
